So there’s this girl (Ling) who likes to write (a lot). And so she decided a few years ago, “Why not try to write a novel in a month?” (Insane? Yes.) Everyone’s jumping on the bandwagon anyway.

She still hasn’t done it, but she’s still trying, darn it. (It would probably be easier without the homework.)

So what does she write about?
All manner of things. For NaNo, her last two attempts have been fantasy, although this year she’s thinking of delving into sci-fi. If she doesn’t change her mind fist, that is, which is liable to happen. And in fact she has changed her mind–and it’s fantasy again, kids! (Who would have thought?)

The rest of the year, she writes epic and slightly humorous fantasy with a hint of morals, teenage girl fiction with some actual character and fiber and whatever else strikes her fancy. Oh, and a lot of fanfiction, because the plotbunnies will not get out of my head.

Ahem.

So what’s this blog for?
Several things. Firstly, to track my progress with my novel. Secondly, to organize my thoughts about it. And thirdly, to post snippets! (And password-protected full-text, maybe!)
