So there’s this girl (Ling) who likes to write (a lot). And so she decided a few years ago, “Why not try to write a novel in a month?” (Insane? Yes.) Everyone’s jumping on the bandwagon anyway.

She won for the first time in 2006 with her fantasy novel “The Meek Shall Inherit,” about a group of very determined girls at a disadvantaged magical technical college who set out to win the national student magic tournament. She’s hoping to do it again this year (fingers crossed!)

So what does she write about?
Mainly fantasy, but the fun kind. Not the kind with sparkly vampires, kthnx.

So what’s this blog for?
Several things. Firstly, to track my progress with my novel. Secondly, to organize my thoughts about it. And thirdly, to post snippets! (And password-protected full-text, maybe!)
